About.
I'm Jean Riney-Niewiadomski, LCSW, and the founder of Presidio View Therapy, Inc. With over 15 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist, I provide compassionate, specialized care for individuals and families navigating life's challenges. My work spans across all ages-including children, adolescents, parents, and adults-and is shaped not only by my clinical training, but also by my experience as a parent.
I understand how complex and overwhelming life can be, and I believe that therapy should be a supportive, empowering process. My practice is grounded in core values of empathy, respect, and inclusion. I offer person-centered, strength-based, and culturally responsive care tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, school or work-related stress, fertility and pregnancy concerns, adoption, or relationship issues - I'm here to help you move forward with confidence.
Approach.

I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, combining evidence-based methods with a deep respect for each client's individual journey. My work often draws from Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy - adapting techniques to best fit your goals and preferences.
Healing happens in different ways for different people. That's why I prioritize flexibility in how therapy is delivered. I offer services in-person, via telehealth, and in-home, creating safe and accessible spaces where growth can truly take root.
